目的探讨凝聚胺在放射免疫测定癌胚抗原(CEA)中的应用。方法26例血清标本分别用凝聚胺法和常规法相比较。结果凝聚胺法与常规法比较测定结果无显著差异。该方法的检测限为2μg/L,线性范围0～80μg/L,变异系数3．78%,回收率在96．65%～101．31%之间。结论凝聚胺法简单、快速,可以用于临床常规检测。
Objective To investigate the application of polybrene in radioimmunoassay of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). Methods Twenty-six serum samples were compared with the conventional method by polybrene method. Results coagulation amine method compared with the conventional method for the determination of no significant difference. The detection limit of this method was 2μg / L, the linear range was 0 ~ 80μg / L, the coefficient of variation was 3.78% and the recovery was between 96.65% ~ 101.31%. Conclusion Polybrene method is simple and rapid and can be used for clinical routine testing.
