He is currently the director and party secretary of the Office of Overseas Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs of Hainan Province, the dean of the South China Sea Research Institute, and the president of the Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the president of the Provincial Overseas Exchange Association.
