目前,环境污染以及能源紧缺问题日益严重,发展新能源汽车势在必行,电动汽车是我国新能源汽车发展的主要方向。我国电动汽车的迅速发展得益于政府强有力的推动作用,然而,完全依靠政府推动的产业不可能得到持久的发展,电动汽车行业必须要向市场导向型发展;正极材料目前是限制动力电池发展的主要瓶颈,其中三元材料作为动力电池中的正极材料有着更加广阔的发展前景;在基础材料领域短期未发生突破性进展的情况下,电机、电控是电动汽车发展的重要方向。
