为了解决深圳经济特区的生产、生活用水,深圳市人民政府于1984年11月下旬函请省人民政府,要求从深圳水库增加供水量6m~3/s流量(不含原计划年供水9300万t)。省水电设计院接受编制该规划任务后,曾按深圳市提供数据进行工作,于1986年3月提出《深圳市供水水源规划报告》。省水电厅于1986年11月中旬对上述规划方案组织审查,并于1987年初将审查意见报省人民政府,另计划同年再组织一次有关《深圳市供水水源规划汇报》讨论。兹就上述供水水源规划,提出个人一些浅见。
