人物小传:王全兴,新疆军区某机械化师装甲团团长,1963年7日出生,陕西扶风人,1981年9月入伍,1984年入党。任团长4年来,带领官兵从实战出发,学习新如识,钻研新装备,推动部队机械化建设发展,促进新装备尽快形成战斗力,提高部队整体作战能力,受到总部首长的高度好评。他先后在《人民装甲兵》、《坦克兵学刊》等刊物上发表学术文章20多篇,有3项革新成果获得军队科技进步奖,先后3次荣立三等功,2次被新疆军区评为军事训练优等指挥员。去年12月,他被兰州军区表彰为“基层建设标兵个人”,荣立二等功。 Character biography: Wang Quanxing, a mechanized division of the Xinjiang Military Region armored regiment, born in 1963 on the 7th, Shaanxi Fufeng people, joined the army in September 1981, joined the party in 1984.
