测定了番茄条斑分离物(TMV-L_1)、番茄花叶分离物(TMV-L_2)、小青菜花叶分离物(TMV-B_1)、大白菜灰心病分离物(TMV-B_2)、地黄病毒病分离物(TMV-R)和烟草花叶分离物(TMV-N)在22科82种植物上的反应。六个分离物在心叶烟、曼陀萝等7种植物的接种叶上出现局部枯斑、在番茄,龙葵等9种植物上出现系统花叶,在White Barley烟,青箱等10种植物上反应的症状不同,在测试的十字花科植物、菊科等22种植物上六个分离物的侵染力不一致,部分分离物能够侵染,部分分离物不能侵染。对百合科、大麻科等11个科中的测试植物都没有侵染力。六分分离物中只有TMV-B_1和TMV-B_2寄主范围基本一致,仅症状轻重不同。TMV-L_1抗血清与六个分离物的提纯抗原在凝胶双扩散试验中都有血清学反应,产生清楚的沉淀线。两个相同的抗原相邻,沉淀线相遇后完全融合。TMV-L_1抗原分别与其他五种抗原相邻,沉淀线相遇后都有一刺角。TMV-N和TMV-R对其他四个分离物都有保护作用,体外抗性基本相似,温度钝化点在95℃以上,稀释限点为10~(-5)或10~(-6)。可以用同一种方法提纯。这六个分离物可能是烟草花叶病毒组中亲缘关系比较接近的五个株系。TMV-B_1和TMV-B_2更为接近,也可能属同一株系。地黄分离物TMV-R与微生物研究所的亚硝酸诱变的弱毒系TMV-N-14对番茄都有一定的保护作用。TMV-N-14的保护作用略优于TMV-R。但TMY-N-14却使地黄发生严重的黄色斑驳,为害显著增强。

Six isolates showed local dead spots on the inoculated leaves of 7 species of leaf-heart-leaf tobacco and mandolin, and systematic leaf-mosaic on 9 kinds of plants such as tomato and solanum nigrum. Among the 10 species of plants such as White Barley smoke and green box, On the reaction of the symptoms are different, tested in crucifer, asteraceae and other plants on the twenty-two isolates of inconsistent invasiveness, some isolates can be infected, some isolates can not be infected. There is no infectivity to the test plants in 11 families, including Liliaceae and Cannabis. Only six host isolates TMV-B_1 and TMV-B_2 host range basically the same, only the symptoms of different severity. The purified antigens of TMV-L_1 antiserum and six isolates reacted serologically in gel double-diffusion assay, resulting in a clear precipitation line. Adjacent to two identical antigens, complete confluence after the precipitation line meets. TMV-L_1 antigens were adjacent to the other five antigens, precipitation lines have a sting. TMV-N and TMV-R had protective effects on the other four isolates. The in vitro resistance of TMV-N and TMV-R were similar, the temperature passivation point was above 95 ℃, the dilution limit was 10 -5 or 10 -6, . You can use the same method of purification. These six isolates may be the five strains of tobacco mosaic virus that are closely related to each other. TMV-B_1 and TMV-B_2 are closer and may belong to the same strain. TMV-R of Rehmannia glutinosa isolate and TMV-N-14, a nitrite-induced attenuated strain of Tohoku Institute of Microbiology, had certain protective effects on tomato. The protective effect of TMV-N-14 is slightly better than that of TMV-R. However, TMY-N-14, however, caused serious yellow mottling of Rehmannia glutinosa and significantly increased the damage.
