通过对AP1000蒸汽发生器和大亚湾核电站蒸汽发生器进行对比,从结构、运行参数和工作性能方面分析了两系统之间的差异。指出了AP1000蒸汽发生器在结构上有既高且细的特点,U型管排列呈三角形,蒸汽发生器连接两个冷却剂泵。在运行参数上表现出换热面积大的特点,从而产生的热应力小。在工作性能上体现出U形管换热性能强,振动性能优良的特点,能够满足高功率核电站设备要求。但就泵与蒸汽发生器连接方式的性能,还需进一步研究。
By comparing the steam generator of AP1000 with that of Daya Bay nuclear power station, the differences between the two systems are analyzed in terms of structure, operating parameters and working performance. Pointed out that the AP1000 steam generator in the structure has both high and fine features, U-shaped tube arranged in a triangle, the steam generator is connected to two coolant pumps. In the operating parameters of the heat exchange area shows the characteristics of the resulting thermal stress is small. U-shaped tube in the performance reflects the strong performance of heat exchange, excellent vibration characteristics, to meet the high-power nuclear power plant equipment requirements. However, the performance of the connection between the pump and the steam generator needs further study.
