从原来的出口配额招标到现在的出口许可证管理政策,2005年出口政策的重大变化已经在出口市场得到明显体现。2005年上半年,我国摩托车出口 311.32万辆(不含滑板车),同比增长 68.29%:出口金额达10.04亿美元,同比增长47.92%;整车出口企业(包括外贸公司)达到555家,同比增加328家,增长 144%。半年之后,我们再来看出口政策的重大变革,意料之中的“放量”背后, 更多的是关乎全行业未来命运的重大隐忧。
From the original export quota bidding to the current export license management policy, major changes in the export policy in 2005 have been clearly reflected in the export market.
