考虑到微细矿浆的性质特点 ,研制了一种更加适于高压过滤机处理微细颗粒浆体的新型膜滤布。该膜滤布表面光滑且疏水 (接触角 1 0 0°~ 1 35°) ,孔隙率大于 70 % ,孔径范围可控制在 0 .2~ 5.0 μm之间。这种复合滤布已试用于赤铁矿精矿、硫化铜精矿及氰化物浸金浆体的过滤过程。结果表明 ,较之矿物加工工业常用的传统机织滤布 ,此新型复合滤布有延长使用寿命、提高过滤效率、增大滤饼产量、降低滤饼水分且滤液更澄清等优点。
Taking into account the nature of the characteristics of fine pulp, developed a more suitable for high pressure filter processing of fine particle slurry of the new membrane filter cloth. The membrane filter cloth surface is smooth and hydrophobic (contact angle 1 0 0 ° ~ 1 35 °), the porosity is greater than 70%, the pore size range can be controlled between 0.2 ~ 5.0 μm. This composite filter cloth has been used in the hematite concentrate, copper sulfide concentrate and cyanide impregnated gold slurry filtration process. The results show that the new composite filter cloth has the advantages of longer service life, higher filtration efficiency, larger filter cake output, lower cake moisture and more clear filtrate compared with the traditional woven filter cloth commonly used in the mineral processing industry.
