目的:研究P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测84例食管鳞状细胞癌患者的肿瘤相关基因:P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin的表达。结果:(1)P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为35.7%(30/84)、66.7%(56/84)、61.9%(52/84)。(2)P-选择素蛋白的阳性表达检出率在高分化及中-低分化的比较,未侵及肌层、侵及肌层的比较,有、无淋巴结转移的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)Ang-2蛋白的阳性表达率在高分化及中-低分化的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在未侵及肌层、侵及肌层的比较,有、无淋巴结转移的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)Paxillin蛋白的阳性表达率在高分化与中-低分化的比较,在未侵及肌层和侵及肌层的比较,在有、无淋巴结转移的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)P-选择素、Ang-2、Paxillin的表达在食管鳞状细胞癌发生中起很重要的作用。(2)Ang-2蛋白与肿瘤恶性程度有密切关系,对判定预后、指导化疗有一定的意义。(3)Paxillin蛋白与食管鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度、进展、转移关系密切,可能成为判定肿瘤恶性度、预后的标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical pathological significance of P-selectin, Ang-2 and Paxillin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of P-selectin, Ang-2 and Paxillin in 84 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: (1) The positive rates of P-selectin, Ang-2 and Paxillin were 35.7% (30/84), 66.7% (56/84) and 61.9% (52/84), respectively. (2) The positive rate of P-selectin was higher in differentiated and moderately-poorly differentiated, without invasion of muscular and invasive muscularis, with or without lymph node metastasis, the difference was not statistically significant Significance (P> 0.05). (3) The positive rate of Ang-2 protein in well-differentiated and moderate-poorly differentiated cells was significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the non-invasive and non-invasive muscles in the invasion and invasion of myometrium (P> 0.05). (4) The positive expression rate of Paxillin protein in well-differentiated and moderate-poorly differentiated cells was significantly higher than that in non-invasive and muscular layers <0.05). Conclusion: (1) P-selectin, Ang-2, Paxillin expression plays an important role in the occurrence of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. (2) Ang-2 protein is closely related to the degree of malignancy of the tumor, and has certain significance in judging the prognosis and guiding the chemotherapy. (3) Paxillin protein and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of malignancy, progression, metastasis are closely related, may become a marker of malignancy, prognosis.
