[目的]建立一种同时分析苯磺隆和苄嘧磺隆的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下对试样中苯磺隆和苄嘧磺隆进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。[结果]苯磺隆和苄嘧磺隆的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9996,标准偏差为0.09和0.12,变异系数为0.84%和0.58%,回收率为99.75%和99.68%。[结论]方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于30%苄嘧.苯磺隆可湿性粉剂的定性和定量分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous analysis of tribenuron and bensulfuron-methyl. [Method] The content of tribenuron and bensulfuron-methyl in the sample was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase using C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm. Separation and quantitative analysis. [Result] The linear correlation coefficients of tribenuron and bensulfuron - methyl were 0.9997 and 0.9996 respectively, the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.12, the coefficients of variation were 0.84% and 0.58%, the recoveries were 99.75% and 99.68% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 30% bensulfuron - methylbenzuron WP.
