实验室驯化的中华按蚊,通过人胎盘膜,吸取含马来丝虫微丝蚴的新鲜兔血而获感染。在温度为28℃,相对湿度为75-85%的实验条件下,观察了中华按蚊感染马来丝虫后感染期幼虫逸出情况。结果表明,血餐后第12d感染蚊再吸血时感染期幼虫逸出率为78.63%。
Anatomy of the Chinese anopheline laboratory, through the human placental membrane, absorb the male rabbit filarial microfilaria infection of fresh rabbit blood. Under the experimental conditions of temperature 28 ℃ and relative humidity 75-85%, the larvae of Anopheles sinensis infected during infestation were observed. The results showed that the rate of larvae escape during infection was 78.63% on the 12th day after blood meal resuscitation.
