由烟台市农业科学研究院姜中武研究员主编的《烟台苹果品质提升与调控》一书已由中国农业出版社出版发行。该书是烟台市农业科学研究院苹果课题组对近年来苹果品质提升试验研究的一个全面总结,目的是指导果农生产“既好看、又安全、还好吃”的苹果,全面提升烟台苹果的市场竞争力,进一步巩固和发展烟台苹果在全国果业第一品牌的优势地位,为烟台苹果产业做大做强保驾护航。
From Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences researcher Jiang Zhongwu editor of “Yantai apple quality improvement and regulation,” a book has been published by China Agricultural Press. This book is a comprehensive summary of the experimental research on apple quality improvement in recent years by the Apple Task Force of Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the purpose is to guide the apple farmers to produce “both good-looking, safe, good to eat ” apple, Market competitiveness, to further consolidate and develop Yantai Apple fruit brand in the country’s dominant position, bigger and stronger escort for the apple industry in Yantai.
