采油管理中洗井是清蜡、除垢、改善泵效和解卡的有效手段之一,入井液与地层岩石和流体作用形成堵塞,影响油井含水恢复。化学暂堵可以屏蔽洗井液进入地层,但是其本身的含水进入地层后也会造成水锁伤害。应用封隔器阻隔洗井液入层是最有效的油层保护手段,冀东油田目前应用防污染管柱的井作业存在必须打捞才能对生产层进行酸化等措施作业,增加作业成本。本文介绍的新型防污染管柱能够解决这些问题。
