Since entering the nineties, the overseas sales of automobile enterprises in China have dramatically increased. Japan, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, almost all the world’s major car manufacturers have come to China to showcase their technology and products for customers. The background of this new trend is the demand for exuberant transport due to China’s rapid economic growth in the 1990s and the forthcoming resumption of China’s status as a signatory to the GATT, thus opening the door to high-quality overseas products. Over the past few decades, Chinese automakers have benefited from 180% -220% import tariffs and numerous non-tariff barriers set by the government. Despite the poor quality and high prices of their vehicles, there are also many buyers. In spite of this, nearly a million vehicles, including 400,000 cars, have been pouring into the vast land of China in the recent decade. This does not include smuggled in the car. At present, the world’s total output of automobiles is about 50 million vehicles, while the demand is only about more than 4200 vehicles, exceeding the demand. Therefore, a specific target of automobile competition in various countries is to compete for the market. In market development, due to the downturn in the Western economy and the increasingly saturated automobile markets in the United States and Europe, the world’s major automobile companies have already been turning their attention to the automobile consumer markets in various Asian countries, driven by continued economic prosperity. Sustained high-speed economic growth is the basis for the growth of automobile demand,
