液膜分离技术是70年代发展起来的新型分离技术,作者采用该技术研究了从废水中浓缩、提取Ni~(2+),Co~(2+)的方法.进行了以下几方面的研究工作:①研究了表面活性剂、流动载体、解析酸浓度、金属离子浓度、乳水比、温度等因素对提取Ni~(2+),Co~(2+)的影响,选择了较好的提取配方:Span 80(山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯)P_(204)〔二(乙基已基)磷酸〕煤油H_2SO_4体系,40 min时Ni~(2+)提取率可达89%.②研究了加入不同配体时的络合效应,发现当加入甲酸钠等配体时,能使提取速度加快4~5倍,在5~10 min内,能使Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)提取率达92%.③用本法对昆明市电镀厂镀Ni废液(含Ni 133ppm)进行回收处理,回收率达80%.④进行破乳实验结果得到内相镍含量为原来的9倍多,而且有机试剂能回收、反复使用.以上结果说明,本方法是可行的.
Liquid membrane separation technology is a new separation technology developed in the 1970s, the authors used this technology to study the method of concentrating and extracting Ni ~ (2 +) and Co ~ (2+) from waste water.The following aspects were studied : ① The effects of surfactant, mobile carrier, acid concentration, metal ion concentration, milk water ratio and temperature on the extraction of Ni 2+ and Co 2+ were studied and the better extraction Recipe: Span 80 (sorbitan monooleate) P_ (204) [di (ethylhexyl) phosphate] kerosene H_2SO_4 system, the Ni 2+ extraction rate can reach 89% at 40 min.②Study The complexation effect when adding different ligands was studied. It was found that when sodium formate and other ligands were added, the extraction speed could be increased by 4 ~ 5 times. Within 5 ~ 10 min, Co ~ (2 +), Ni ~ (2) +) Extraction rate of 92% .③ This method of Kunming electroplating factory Ni-plating waste liquid (including Ni 133ppm) for recycling, the recovery rate of 80%. ④ demulsification test results obtained within the nickel content of the original 9 times more, and organic reagents can be recycled, repeated use.The above results show that this method is feasible.
