细胞周期蛋白G2是一个崭新的细胞周期蛋白,它具有终止细胞周期和抑制细胞增殖的作用。在许多恶性肿瘤(如甲状腺乳头状癌和白血病)细胞中,其表达均发生显著下降,导致肿瘤细胞的去分化和无限制有丝分裂,为肿瘤的发生、发展提供了基础。低水平的细胞周期蛋白G2表达与肿瘤预后不良相关。研究和探索周期蛋白G2与肿瘤的关系,对进一步认识肿瘤的发生、发展有重要意义。
Cyclin G2 is a brand new cyclin that has the effect of stopping the cell cycle and inhibiting cell proliferation. In many malignant tumors (such as thyroid papillary carcinoma and leukemia), the expression of cells is significantly decreased, leading to the dedifferentiation and unlimited mitosis of tumor cells, which provides the basis for tumorigenesis and development. Low levels of cyclin G2 expression are associated with poor prognosis of the tumor. To study and explore the relationship between cyclin G2 and tumor is of great significance for further understanding the occurrence and development of tumor.
