全断面岩石掘进机刀盘对整机作业性能有重要影响。根据弹性力学理论,给出刀盘弯曲的弹性曲面微分方程,研究刀盘与其大轴承间夹支、简支联结关系及相应边界条件。据此,导出了刀盘弹性曲面微分方程的解;分析并研究刀盘横向弹性位移取极小值的条件及在此条件下刀盘作业刚度与刀盘半径及其支撑半径间的关系,给出在刀盘其它条件都相同情况下,获得刀盘较高作业刚度的刀盘半径与其大轴承支撑半径间的定量表达式;借助有限元分析软件,对所给表达式进行验证。研究结论可为全断面岩石掘进机刀盘的深入研究提供理论借鉴,为全断面岩石掘进机刀盘设计理论的建立提供依据。
Full face rock drilling machine cutter on the whole operating performance has an important impact. According to the theory of elastic mechanics, the elastic surface differential equation of the cutterhead bending is given, and the relationship between the cutterhead and its large bearing, the simple support coupling and the corresponding boundary conditions are studied. Based on this, the solution of elastic differential equation of cutterhead is deduced. The condition of minimizing transverse elastic displacement of cutterhead and the relationship between working stiffness of cutterhead and radius of cutterhead and its supporting radius under this condition are analyzed and studied. Under the same condition of the cutterhead, the expression of the cutterhead radius and the radius of the large bearing support radius is obtained with the high working rigidity of the cutterhead. The finite element analysis software is used to verify the expression. The research conclusion can provide a theoretical reference for the further research on the cutterhead of full face rock tunneling machine and provide the basis for the design of the cutterhead design theory for the full face rock tunnel boring machine.
