对黑龙江省哈尔滨、佳木斯和牡丹江等地区10所朝鲜族中小学的实地调查表明,学生对传统民族文化的认知与掌握,大多是通过参与学校文艺汇演和运动会等活动获取。民族中小学应树立正确的教育理念,为民族传统文化传承提供较为充足的课时,及时培养专任师资的专业能力,通过构建学校、家庭和社会合作的教育监护体系关注日益增多的留守学生问题,切实为民族文化传承培养后续力量。
A field survey of 10 ethnic Korean primary and secondary schools in Harbin, Jiamusi, Mudanjiang and other regions in Heilongjiang Province shows that students’ cognition and mastery of traditional ethnic cultures are mostly obtained through participating in school art shows and sports events. Ethnic primary and secondary schools should establish a correct concept of education, provide adequate class hours for the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture, cultivate the professional ability of full-time teachers in a timely manner, pay attention to the increasing number of left-behind students through the construction of an educational guardianship system of cooperation among schools, families and the community. Cultivate follow-up force for the inheritance of national culture.
