Arsenic is a contaminating element that contains trace amounts of arsenic in normal foods. Therefore, arsenic is an important indicator of physical and chemical testing of food hygiene. At present, there are two pretreatment methods for the samples in the national standard method [1]: ashing and wet digestion, pretreatment is more cumbersome. Acid digestion in wet digestion is harmful to the human body [2]; when the ashing method is incompletely digested, the accuracy of the result is affected [2]. In this paper, the determination of arsenic in the sample
