采用浸渍方法将聚乙烯醇涂敷于多孔碳化硅板表面制备负载诱导膜的多孔材料,借助载体结合法将活性污泥固定在其上,通过检测固定微生物对COD的降解来表征不同条件下PVA诱导膜上微生物的固定量。结果表明:PVA对微生物的固定有一定的诱导作用;PVA的pH值和浓度不同,微生物的固定情况也不同,微生物在PVA诱导膜固定的适宜条件为pH=7,浓度为5%。通过扫描电镜证实PVA可以很好地涂敷在多孔碳化硅板表面,并且有大量微生物固定在PVA诱导膜上。
Polyvinyl alcohol was coated on the surface of porous silicon carbide plate by impregnation method to prepare porous material with load-induced membrane. Activated sludge was immobilized on the surface of porous silicon carbide plate by means of carrier-bound method. The degradation of COD by fixed microorganisms was characterized by PVA Induces a fixed amount of microorganisms on the membrane. The results showed that PVA had some effects on the immobilization of microorganisms. The pH value and concentration of PVA were different, and the immobilization of microorganisms was also different. The appropriate conditions for the immobilization of microorganisms on PVA were pH = 7 and concentration of 5%. It was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy that PVA can be well coated on the surface of porous silicon carbide plate and that a large number of microorganisms are immobilized on the PVA-induced membrane.
