目的:研究山茱萸果实主要生物学性状的相关性,为山茱萸优良种源的筛选及培育提供重要参考依据。方法:以山茱萸三大主产区,65份山茱萸种质资源为研究对象,对其9个性状(出皮率、果实百粒重、果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数、种子千粒重、种子纵径、种子横径、种形指数)进行相关性、多元回归及通径分析。结果:相关性分析表明,山茱萸出皮率与种实部分性状有显著(P>0.05)或极显著(P>0.01)的相关性。多元逐步回归分析表明,果实百粒重、种子千粒重、种子纵径和种形指数是影响出皮率的主要因子。通径分析结果表明,果实百粒重、对出皮率的直接正影响较大;种子千粒重、对出皮率的直接负影响较大。结论:在实际生产及良种选育过程中应关注果实百粒重大,同时种子千粒重小的材料。
Objective: To study the correlation of the main biological characters of Fructus Corni fruit, and to provide an important reference for the screening and breeding of excellent provenance of Cornus officinalis. Methods: Six species of Cornus officinalis were collected from three main producing areas of Cornus officinalis, and their germplasm resources were studied. Nine characters (peel percentage, fruit weight per 100 grains, fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit diameter, fruit shape index, Seed length, seed diameter and shape index), correlation and multiple regression and path analysis. Results: Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant (P> 0.05) or very significant (P> 0.01) correlation between the percentage of exudation of the dogwood and some of the traits. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that fruit weight, seed weight, seed length and seed index were the main factors affecting the exfoliation rate. The results of path analysis showed that the 100-kernel weight had a positive direct impact on the exfoliation rate. The 1000-kernel weight had a direct negative impact on the exfoliation rate. Conclusion: In the process of actual production and breeding of breeding seeds, one hundred fruits should be concerned with the material, and the seeds with one thousand grains weight should be less.
