英语词汇涵盖着单词与短语两种形式,而在英语媒体的使用中,不少词汇展现出了新的特征,在涵义上与普通使用有所不同。因此,作为基础性的工作,了解英语词汇在媒体使用上的特定涵义及翻译要点有助于做好对英语媒体的阅读及理解。本文基于对英语媒体词汇特征的分析,探讨了对于英语媒体词汇进行翻译的策略。
English vocabulary covers both forms of words and phrases, and in the use of English media, many words show a new feature, meaning different from ordinary use. Therefore, as a basic work, it is helpful to understand the specific meanings and translation points of English vocabulary in the use of the media in order to read and understand the English media well. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of English media vocabulary, this article explores the strategies for translating English media vocabulary.
