用不同浓度的Ca(NO3) 2 溶液瓶插月季 (RosachinensisJacq .)切花 ,依据瓶插寿命和外观品质得知以浓度为 0 1g/L的Ca(NO3) 2 瓶插液效果最佳 .观测于此浓度Ca(NO3) 2 处理液中瓶插的月季切花的有关外观形态品质和生理生化指标 ,结果表明 :与对照 (蒸馏水 )相比 ,Ca(NO3) 2 处理可使月季切花花技硬挺、蓝变时间延迟 ,观赏期延长 2d ;此外 ,该处理还具有保持月季花枝鲜重、延迟花瓣质膜相对透性增加、延缓花瓣中蛋白质降解及维持花瓣中还原糖含量相对稳定等生理效应
