我国国内旅游正趋于高度散客化,私人定制旅游产品和服务、零星现付旅游费用的散客市场将成为旅游市场的主角。但针对散客市场的销售和服务在许多方面还不能与团队服务加以区分。本文在基于散客的不同心理行为分析的基础上,有针对性地提出相应的服务技巧。
Domestic tourism in our country is becoming highly individualized. Privately-tailored tourism products and services and sporadic tourist markets that pay travel expenses will become the protagonists of the tourism market. However, sales and service for the FIT market in many ways can not be distinguished from the team service. Based on the analysis of different psychology behaviors of FIT, this article puts forward corresponding service skills in a targeted manner.
