以前,我市钢铁件的发黑均采用碱性发黑工艺,将NaOH及NaNO_3按一定配比加热到140℃左右。这样劳动强度和作业条件都很差,影响工人的身体健康,而且消耗大量能源。后来我们了解到无锡职工大学于1983年试验成功了“常温发黑剂”,并已有商品出售。经我们买回来试用效果较好,特别是小批量生产经济效益更为明显,它完全取代煮黑生产所存在的缺点,现已在本市热处理行业逐步推广采用。针对发现的一些具体问题,正在逐步探索改进,以便更好地发挥其威力。
