树突状细胞(DC)是专职抗原呈递细胞,可将特异性抗原捕获、加工、呈递给淋巴器官,特异性致敏原始T细胞。一群可诱导外周免疫抑制的树突状细胞亚群——调节性树突状细胞(DCregs),通过诱导T细胞亚群向调节性T细胞(Treg)分化和下调Th1/Th2的比值影响机体免疫状态。获取足量调节性树突状细胞进行过继治疗,可为临床自身免疫病和炎症性疾病的治疗开辟了一条新路。
Dendritic cells (DCs) are specialized antigen-presenting cells that capture, process and deliver specific antigens to lymphoid organs to specifically sensitize naïve T cells. A group of dendritic cell subsets-regulatory dendritic cells (DCs) that can induce peripheral immunosuppression affect immune response by inducing differentiation of T cell subsets into regulatory T cells (Tregs) and down-regulating the ratio of Th1 / Th2 status. Obtaining sufficient regulatory DCs for adoptive treatment may open up a new path for the treatment of clinical autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases.
