目的探讨肺癌误诊原因,提高早期肺癌诊断水平。方法总结分析近20年来经病理证实的肺癌患者中16例误诊病例的临床资料。结果误诊的主要疾病为肺炎、肺结核、胸膜炎及骨关节痛和脑血管病等。结论提高对肺癌的认识,防止误诊而影响肺癌的早期确诊率。 Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of lung cancer and improve the diagnostic value of early lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with misdiagnosed lung cancer confirmed by pathology in the past 20 years were summarized and analyzed. Results The main diseases misdiagnosed as pneumonia, tuberculosis, pleurisy and joint pain and cerebrovascular disease. Conclusion To improve the awareness of lung cancer, to prevent misdiagnosis and affect the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
