拜读贵刊《从整个社会角度分析疾病的经济负担》(1994年6期56～58页),文章引用数据有待商榷。文章引用世界银行的报告,1990年中国按病因统计的疾病负担DALY损失为1998.4百万人年,由此计算社会经济损失为5463.6亿元,同年的国民生产总值为17695亿元,相当于31％。笔者查阅了大量文献,包括世界银行世界卫生组织的报告,以及国内有关报道,发现1990年中国DALY损失为201.3百万人年。按照作者引用的1998.4百万人年计
Read the book “Analyzing the Economic Burden of Disease from the Perspective of the Whole Society” (6, 1994, pp. 56-58). The citation data is subject to discussion. The article quoted the World Bank report. In 1990, the DALY loss of disease according to the cause statistics was 1998.4 million person-years. The calculated social and economic losses were 546.36 billion yuan, and the GDP of the same year was 1.7695 trillion yuan, equivalent to 31. %. The author reviewed a large number of documents, including the World Bank World Health Organization’s report, as well as domestic reports, and found that China’s DALY loss in 1990 was 201.3 million person-years.
