再生骨料混凝土耐久性试验研究

通过对再生骨料掺量,再生骨料最大粒径,粉煤灰掺量,尾矿砂掺量以及水胶比对再生混凝土耐久性的影响试验,分析低水胶比和一定粉煤灰掺量状态下的再生混凝土的耐久性的特点,得出再生混凝土通过降低水胶比、减小再生骨料最大粒径和在不影响早期强度的条件下掺加粉煤灰可以有效地提高混凝土的耐久性。最后通过压汞法对再生混凝土的微观孔结构进行分析,掺加粉煤灰可以改善再生混凝土的孔的分布,减少再生混凝土中有害孔分布,从而提高再生混凝土的耐久性。 Through the influence of recycled aggregate content, maximum particle size of recycled aggregate, fly ash content, tailing sand dosage and water cement ratio on the durability of recycled concrete, the effects of low water binder ratio and certain fly ash content State of recycled concrete durability characteristics of recycled concrete obtained by reducing the water-cement ratio, reducing the maximum size of recycled aggregate and without affecting the early strength of the conditions of fly ash can be added to effectively improve the durability of concrete Sex.
