副伤寒丙可合并迁延性化脓性并发症,但合并心包炎者极为少见。我院曾见1例,报告如下。患者,女,18岁,以发热、心悸、气短7天住院。一年前曾有两膝两踝关节痛,服药10余日好转。8个月前上述症状伴发热历时1月好转。半月前有心悸,7日来心悸、气短加剧,不能平卧,发热、咯白色泡沫痰。体检:
