旅游餐饮是旅游产品重要组成部分。旅游餐饮品牌化发展可以大幅度提升产品竞争力和市场占有率。本文以贵州典型旅游餐饮品牌“醉苗乡”为例,通过SWOT分析其品牌发展现状,研究符合贵州省情的旅游餐饮品牌发展策略,从而促进贵州大旅游经济发展。
Travel catering is an important part of travel products. Tourism catering brand development can greatly enhance product competitiveness and market share. In this paper, a typical tourism catering brand in Guizhou is drunk Miao Township as an example. Through SWOT analysis of its brand development status quo, research on development strategy of tourism catering brand in line with Guizhou Province, thus promoting the development of tourism economy in Guizhou.
