目的探讨DEK、p53及Ki67在食管病变中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测58例食管鳞状上皮癌(A组)、50例食管鳞状上皮不典型增生(B组)和29例食管炎(C组)组织中DEK、p53及Ki67蛋白的表达情况。结果 A组DEK、p53及Ki67蛋白的阳性表达率高于B组和C组(P<0.01),且B组高于C组(P<0.01)。A组DEK表达与组织学分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),p53表达与性别有关(P<0.05),Ki67表达与年龄和浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。A组DEK表达与p53和Ki67表达均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 DEK、p53及Ki67与食管癌的发生、发展相关,三者联合检测可作为判断食管癌恶性程度和评估预后的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of DEK, p53 and Ki67 in esophageal lesions. Methods The expressions of DEK, p53 and Ki67 in 58 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (A group), 50 cases of esophageal squamous dysplasia (B group) and 29 cases of esophagitis (C group) were detected by immunohistochemistry Express the situation. Results The positive rates of DEK, p53 and Ki67 in group A were higher than those in group B and C (P <0.01), and those in group B were higher than those in group C (P <0.01). The expression of DEK in group A was correlated with the degree of histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of p53 was related to gender (P <0.05). The expression of Ki67 was related to the age and depth of invasion (P <0.05). The expression of DEK in group A had no significant correlation with the expression of p53 and Ki67 (P> 0.05). Conclusions DEK, p53 and Ki67 are associated with the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. The combined detection of these three markers may be used as an important index to judge the malignancy and assess the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
