目的研究朝天委陵菜Potentilla supina的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20进行色谱柱分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从回流法和冷浸法提取得到的乙醇提取物的石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、野鸦椿酸(3)、乌苏酸(4)、委陵菜酸(5)、2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、七叶内酯(8)、芹菜素(9)、野蔷薇苷(10)、紫云英苷(11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Potentilla supina in Potentilla. Methods The column was separated on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, and its structure was identified by its physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven monomer compounds were isolated from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts of the ethanol extract obtained from the reflux and cold soak. They were identified as β-sitosterol (1), oleanolic acid (2) (3), ursolic acid (4), ceilin acid (5), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23- tetrahydroxy-12-ene- 28-ursolic acid (6), daucosterol (7), aesculus (8), apigenin (9), wild rose glycoside (10), and orientin (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
