目的:建立一种能够同时测定首乌羌活颗粒中大黄素和大黄甲醚的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:色谱柱为Symmetry C18柱(4.6mm×150mm ID,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20),λ=254nm。流速为1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。理论塔板数按大黄素峰计算应不低于3000,按大黄甲醚峰计算应不低于2500。结论:该方法特异性高,回收率和精密度好,测定方法可行,完全满足质控要求。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of emodin and rhubarb in Shouwuqiang Huo granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm ID, 5 μm); mobile phase methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (80:20); λ = 254 nm. Flow rate was 1.0 mL / min; column temperature: 30 ° C; injection volume: 20 μL. The number of theoretical plates calculated by emodin peak should not be less than 3000, calculated by the rhubarb ether peak should not be less than 2500. Conclusion: The method has high specificity, good recovery and precision, and the determination method is feasible and fully meets the quality control requirements.
