我院1990年4月～1991年4月以氟啶酸治疗呼吸道、泌尿道及胆道感染共91例,现将结果报告如下。1 临床资料 91例中,男52例,女39例,年龄15～65岁,其中肺炎28例,慢阻肺并感染11例,肺癌并感染3例,急性肾盂肾炎12例,尿道炎20例,急性胆囊炎17例。全部病例所用抗生素均单独使用武汉制药厂生产的氟啶酸。治疗剂量0.4口服每日二次。疗程1～2周,如用药后一周未达到有效标准者为无效,改用其他药物治疗。2 疗效判定标准 显效:临床症状消失,有关化验正常或X线胸片病灶基本吸收;有效:临床症状明
