急性脑血管病和糖尿病的低血糖反应均多发于老年人,症状相似,极易误诊。现将我院急救中心1996年至1998年6月间救治的15例酷似急性脑血管病的低血糖反应介绍如下。1 临床资料 男9例,女6例,年龄55～75岁。糖尿病史1～15年。其中12例正在口服优降糖及消渴丸,3例近期未服用降糖药物,采用控制饮食疗法。11例分别有高血压、脑动脉硬化、冠心病等心脑血管病史。发病时间凌晨1～6点9例,上午7～9点3例,下午4～6点3例。
Acute cerebrovascular disease and diabetes hypoglycemia are frequent in the elderly, the symptoms are similar, easily misdiagnosed. Now in our hospital emergency center from 1996 to June 1998 15 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease resembles the hypoglycemic response described below. A clinical data of 9 males and 6 females, aged 55 to 75 years. History of diabetes 1 to 15 years. Among them, 12 cases were taking oral hypoglycemic and hypothyroidism pills, and 3 cases did not take hypoglycemic drugs recently and were controlled diet therapy. 11 cases were hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular disease history. The onset time of 1 to 6 am 9 cases, 7 am to 9 am in 3 cases, 4 to 6 pm in 3 cases.
