本文采用气-液色谱法测定葛根汤浸膏剂中麻黄碱的含量。定量方法采用内标法,10.5%联吡啶乙醇溶液为内标物。实验结果表明,葛根汤浸膏剂中的麻黄碱含量在1%以下;标准偏差为0.11;变异系数为2,27%。 In this paper, gas-liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of ephedrine in Pueraria decoction. The internal standard method was used as a quantitative method, and 10.5% bipyridylethanol solution was used as the internal standard. The experimental results showed that the content of ephedrine in Pueraria decoction was less than 1%; the standard deviation was 0.11; the coefficient of variation was 2,27%.
