本工作用雄性家兔做慢性实验。通过脑内埋藏套管向下丘脑微量注射乙酰胆硷溶液7微升,在注射后的10、20、40及60分钟分别自耳缘静脉取血,测定血浆自由脂肪酸的浓度。85次实验的结果总结如下:(一)将生理盐水或高强盐水7微升注入下丘脑并不引起血浆自由脂肪酸浓度明显的改变,其波动范围分别为6.5%及16.4%。肌肉或静脲注射乙酰胆硷1.4毫克,1小时内血浆自由脂肪酸浓度变化不超过11%。(二)将乙酰胆硷0.7—1.4毫克注入下丘脑结节区,可引起血浆自由脂肪酸水平明显升高,在注射后的第10及20分钟分别较注射前升高78.5%及85.0%,60分钟时恢复原水平。将同量乙酰胆硷注入视前-隔区及乳头区,均不引起血浆自由脂肪酸浓度明显改变。(三)将乙酰胆硷0.7—1.4毫克注入第三脑室,观察到血浆自由脂肪酸浓度缓慢而轻度的降低,在1小时未降低24%。总结以上结果可以认为,下丘脑,特别是其结节区可以显著影响血浆自由脂肪酸水平,其机制有待进一步阐明。

Summary The above results suggest that the hypothalamus, especially its nodular region, can significantly affect plasma free fatty acid levels and its mechanism needs to be further elucidated.
