目的探讨畅迪在支气管哮喘患者中脱敏治疗临床效果。方法对我院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的96例诊断为支气管哮喘的患儿进行临床分析。患儿年龄为4～14岁，平均年龄8.8岁。其中男童51例，女童45例。按其入诊顺序，随机分成两组，即畅迪治疗组和对照组。两组患儿年龄、性别无统计学意义。观察两组患儿治疗的支气管哮喘疗效、依从性。结果疗程2年，畅迪治疗组依从率(64.5%)高于对照组(54.2%)，P＜0.05。对照组临床疗效为（69.2%），显著低于畅迪治疗组（93.5%），P＜0.05。结论畅迪作为一种脱敏药物，以舌下含服为给药方式，患者治疗依从性好，安全有效，简单便捷，可以有效地控制支气管哮喘病情，值得临床推广。“,” Objective: To analyze the Clinical effect of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: 96 Pediatric patients with bronchial asthma through computer random manner which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients in observation group were treated with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops. Observe the clinical effect and compliance. Results: The rate of compliance of the observation group was 64.5%, which was higher than those in the control group (54.2%),P<0.05. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%. It was also significantly higher than those in the control group (69.2%), P<0.05. Conclusions: Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops is good effect and easy using to treat bronchial asthma and worth popularizing.
