本文检测了２８例良性胸水和３１例恶性胸水的癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）、β２微球蛋白（β２ＭＧ）、乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、铁蛋白值。恶性胸水的ＣＥＡ、ＬＤＨ显著高于良性胸水。但两组间的β２ＭＧ、铁蛋白差异无显著性。故联合检测胸水多项生化指标，在良、恶性胸水鉴别中有价值，尤以ＣＥＡ价值最高
In this study, CEA, β2MG, LDH and ferritin were detected in 28 patients with benign pleural effusion and 31 with malignant pleural effusion. Malignant pleural effusion CEA, LDH was significantly higher than that of benign pleural effusion. However, there was no significant difference in β2MG and ferritin between the two groups. Therefore, a number of joint biochemical detection of pleural effusion in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion, especially CEA highest value
