几种金耳注射液,用大、小鼠经~(60)Coγ辐照前后通过腹腔注入,观察辐照后30天内的存活率、体重睥脏指数、白细胞计数及分类、以及骨髓有核细胞计数等指标。结果指出:金耳尚未能明显提高辐照剂量为7.2Gy和3.6Gy的存活率,但对2.7Gyγ辐照的大鼠的体重、脾脏指数(包括小鼠)以及骨髓有核细咆数的变化来看,发酵液多糖体似有提高恢复能力的趋向,值得注视。为进一步确定金耳的抗辐射作用,有必要对药物进行提纯,寻找有效成分进行重复实验,才能得出肯定结论。
