利用连续定向凝固设备成功地制备了具有轴向纤维状柱状晶组织的Cu Cr合金铜棒 ,在试验过程中通过调整工艺参数 ,对结晶器的形状、高度以及结晶器与拉棒的间隙进行了优化。结果表明 :用这种结晶器可以拉出表面质量优良的合金铜棒
Cu Cu alloy copper bar with axial fibrous columnar crystal structure was successfully prepared by continuous directional solidification equipment. The shape and height of the mold and the gap between the mold and pull bar were adjusted by adjusting the process parameters during the test optimization. The results show that this kind of mold can pull out the alloy copper rod with good surface quality
