通过对3个典型杂交组合的核改酶活性与杂种优势及产质量关系分析结果表明,甜菜6叶期杂种1代核酸酶(RNase)活性在各组合内呈负优势,均低于双亲平均值,与双亲问差异达显著水平,与根产量和产糖量呈显著负相关,因而该期的核糖核酸酶活性可作为入选优势杂种参考生理指标。
