目的:比较鄂西地区竹节参野生与栽培品种药材性状、显微特征及总皂苷含量差异。方法:用显微鉴别方法对竹节参野生与栽培品种药材性状、横切面及粉末显微特征进行对比,明确生药学差异;用香草醛-高氯酸法测定总皂苷含量。结果:药材性状方面,野生品较栽培品颜色深,直径小,表面粗糙;显微组织方面,野生品存在色素块,栽培品中未发现,且野生品中单位面积草酸钙簇晶较多,木质部导管直径较大;总皂苷含量方面,栽培品总皂苷含量显著高于野生品。结论:野生品与栽培品竹节参生药学特征及总皂苷含量存在一定差异。
Objective: To compare the medicinal properties, microscopic features and total saponin contents of wild and cultivated P. japonicus in western Hubei Province. Methods: The microscopic identification method was used to compare the medicinal properties, cross section and powder microscopic characteristics of wild and cultivated P. japonicus, and the differences of crude pharmacognosy were determined. The content of total saponins was determined by vanillin - perchloric acid method. Results: In the medicinal traits, the wild products were darker in color, smaller in diameter and rough in surface. In terms of microstructure, there were no pigment in wild products and no cultivated products. Xylem catheter diameter larger; total saponin content, the content of total saponin cultivars was significantly higher than wild products. Conclusion: There are some differences in the pharmacognosy and total saponin content between wild and cultivated bamboo.
