探讨醛氢叶酸、5 -氟脲嘧啶、顺铂方案对恶性肿瘤患者血压、心率的影响。方法 患者化疗前 3天每天测血压、心率 ,取平均值作为其基础血压、心率 ;用药后半小时开始及以后每半小时测一次心率及血压 ,共测 12次 (6小时 ) ,每次详细记录。采用t检验法检验。结果 患者用药当天 6小时内与用药前的血压、心率相比无明显差异 ,P均 >0 0 5。此方案在用药全过程中血压保持在 15 46～ 17 33/9.6 0～ 10 .6 6kPa之间 ,心率保持在 73～ 79次 /分之间。结论 CF -5 -Fu -DDP方案只要用药适当 ,对肿瘤患者血压、心率无明显影响。
To investigate the effects of 5-fluorouracil and 5-fluorouracil on blood pressure and heart rate in patients with malignant tumor. Methods The blood pressure and heart rate were measured daily on the first 3 days before chemotherapy. The average blood pressure and heart rate were measured. Heart rate and blood pressure were measured at half an hour after treatment and every half hour. A total of 12 tests (6 hours) recording. Using t test test. Results The patients had no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate within 6 hours before the medication, P> 0.05. The program in the course of medication blood pressure remained at 15 46 ~ 17 33 / 9.6 0 ~ 106.6kPa, heart rate maintained at 73 ~ 79 beats / min. Conclusion The CF-5-Fu-DDP regimen has no significant effect on the blood pressure and heart rate of tumor patients as long as the medication is appropriate.
