“八五”以来,我国建筑业坚持改革开放的方针,深入开展“转机制、抓管理、练内功、增效益”活动,企业素质和工程建设水平有了很大提高,为国民经济建设和社会发展做出了贡献,涌现出了一批勇于开拓进取、以质量求生存、信誉求发展,创出优质工程,取得良好经济和社会效益的先进企业.为鼓励先进,我部决定授予北京市设备安装工程公司等63家企业为“全国先进建筑施工企业”荣誉称号,并予以表彰.希望受表彰的先进企业戒骄戒躁,再接再励,在社会主义现代化建设中,作出新的成绩.同时号召全国建筑行业向先进建筑施工企业学习,进一步深化企业改革,强化企业管理,大力推进经营机制和经济增长方式的转变,为把建筑业发展成为国民经济的支柱产业而努力奋斗. Since the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, China’s construction industry has persisted in the policy of reform and opening up and carried out in-depth activities such as “transforming mechanisms, grasping management, training internal strength, and increasing profits”. To encourage advancement, the Ministry of Science and Technology decided to award Beijing Municipal Equipment. 63 companies, including engineering companies, were honored as “national advanced construction companies” and commended them. They hope that the advanced companies commended will guard against arrogance and arrogance and make persistent efforts to make new achievements in the socialist modernization drive.
