职业礼仪教育是高职院校重要的教学学科,也是学校精神文明建设的重要组成部分。但在高职院校的实际教学过程中,存在课程教学目标与课程定位模糊不清、教学方式单一、教学功利化倾向明显以及考核体系不完善等问题,基于此,作者结合自身工作经验,对高职院校礼仪教育问题及对策进行分析,以供参考。
