为了探讨不同病因所致中枢神经系统感染后脑脊液中一氧化氮含量变化及其与感染病因、脑损害程度间的相关关系,对不同脑损害程度的病毒性脑炎、流行性脑脊髓膜炎患儿脑脊液中NO_2~-含量进行测定,并分析NO_2~-含量变化与感染原因、脑损害程度间的关系。结果表明:两组患儿脑脊液中NO_2~-含量明显上升(P<0.01),脑损害程度重的患儿NO_2~-含量高于脑损害程度轻的患儿(P<0.05)。结论:病毒性脑炎及流行性脑脊髓膜炎患儿脑脊液中NO_2~-含量均高于正常,其升高幅度 与脑损害程度相关,推测测量脑脊液中NO_2~-含量可能会有助于判断中枢神经系统感染性病变的脑损害程度。
