Every child has the right to art education, and blind children are equally hungry. Although visually impaired, they will attentively listen and feel hard; they use scissors instead of brushes to express their thoughts and touch the beauty. The practice of paper-cut teaching has become a special course of blind hand-action and brain-moving learning under the background of quality education in blind school. In the hands of the teacher teaching, let students master the paper-cut methods and techniques. For these special children, our school in teaching practice to make the following attempts: First, blind students learn to discover beauty, feel the United States and create beauty
